Taekwondo Team

About the Team- “The way of the hand and foot”

For more than 20 years, Variety Village has been teaching Taekwondo to its members of all ages and abilities. We run integrated classes for students at all levels as well as smaller group settings for students with special needs. We run the Taekwondo program in our own space equipped with Taekwondo approved floor mats, paddled pillars for kicking and plate glass mirrors for visual learning. Anyone can learn Taekwondo. The benefits include increased self-confidence and discipline, improved flexibility, co-ordination and conditioning levels as well as an overall mental relief.
