Andrew Kolakowski is a certified Personal Trainer and a certified Nutrition and Wellness Specialist. In his youth, Andrew was a professional javelin thrower and continued to contribute to javelin through coaching. While competing, Andrew was introduced to sport nutrition and to cardiovascular and resistance training. Today, he uses his experience and his knowledge when working with clients from all walks of life.
Andrew believes in staying up to date with the current information by taking nutrition and fitness courses on a regular basis.
